Bangafayo Initiative partnered with me to design and develop a modern, culturally grounded, and impact-driven website that reflects their mission of uplifting vulnerable communities through education, health, skills development, and sustainable livelihoods.
The goal was to establish a strong digital identity that communicates trust, community empowerment, and the real-life impact of their work.

1. Organization Discovery & Content Planning
- Understood the initiative’s vision, community focus, and core programs.
- Structured the website into clear and accessible pages: Home, About Us, Our Programs, Community Stories, Get Involved, Donate, Resources, and Contact.
- Helped refine written content to make it more powerful, human-centered, and easy for supporters to understand.
2. Visual Brand & UX Design
- Created a warm, community-focused visual identity inspired by local culture and grassroots development themes.
- Designed clean layouts, strong imagery sections, and project storytelling segments.
- Ensured mobile responsiveness to accommodate users in rural and urban areas alike.
3. Website Development
- Built the website on WordPress (or your CMS of choice) with custom templates for programs, stories, and events.
- Designed hero banners, iconography, and program cards that showcase the initiative’s activities.
- Integrated multimedia features such as galleries, videos, and beneficiary stories.
4. Engagement & Support Systems
- Set up volunteer sign-up, donation options, and partner inquiry forms for easy collaboration.
- Added clear calls-to-action to increase community involvement and donor support.
- Integrated newsletter subscription and basic CRM features (where applicable).
